President Rodrigo Roa Duterte has appointed former Urban Poor Commission Chairman Noel Kinazo Felongco as Lead Convenor of the National Anti-Poverty Commission.
Deputy Director General for TESDA Operations Alvin Feliciano is the new chairman of the PCUP, replacing Noel Felongco.
