We have a Tagalog-to-English retainer service!

A retainer is a fee paid in advance in order to secure services when required. To have a translator on retainer means you can easily have a translation done whenever you need it, without having to go through the process of negotiating each and every time.

Email the text, then get the translation back in a reply within a few minutes to a few hours.

For large translation projects, such as for business documents, health brochures and software applications handled by an agency, we can quote a per-word rate that depends on the type of text being translated and then issue an invoice strictly based on the number of words or hours worked.

Most of our website visitors, however, have requests that are for just a few informal words or phrases from time to time. Because of the irregular frequency and volume, it would be impractical for us to issue an invoice and ask to be paid every time we do a quick translation.

The retainer fee is a convenient way for you to be assured of quick translation service.

You just email the text to a special address, then we reply within a few minutes or a few hours with the translation.

We ask for an allowance of 24 hours, but you can add the word URGENT to the subject line if your request is very important.

Examples of what would be ideal for this translation service: chat conversations, SMS, slang, abbreviations, photo captions, greetings, letters, notes…

We guarantee your privacy.

The retainer fee can be paid with a debit card, credit card or bank funds via Paypal, so we never have access to your financial information. We can issue a preliminary invoice so you can see what your payment options are and how easy and safe the process is.

Contact us today and let us know what sort of texts you’d like to have translated and how often you might need the service. We can easily translate English texts into Tagalog, as well as the other way around from Tagalog into English.
