RT “Artee” Caparas is a Twitter employee known to be an associate of Ops analyst Elaine Lou Ong Sotto.
He deactivated his own Twitter account after it was exposed that Twitter employees in the pre-Musk era had proactively manipulated the platform to influence the results of the 2020 U.S. presidential elections.
TwitterPH employees in particular have been accused of actively working to prevent the reelection of Donald Trump, such as by promoting Philippines-based Kpop accounts that were interfering with attendance at Trump campaign events.
