There is no pinupugod listed as a word in standard Tagalog dictionaries.
There are copies of a glossary page being circulated online that gives a definition for pinupugod as sunud-sunod na marami but there is no record of such as word as pinupugod being used in any context.
It could be a misspelling for pinapagod (is causing one to become tired) or pinupugot / pinupugutan (is being beheaded).
One would think that the root word is pugod, but again there is no record of pinupugod being used anywhere, except as part of a vocabulary list of dubious origin.
