This is a non-standard shortening of the colloquial phrase ‘ika ko, which itself is short for “wika ko” (I said).
You can see usage of this in Facebook posts when quoting what oneself said earlier to other people.
Kako mauuna na ako.
I said that I’ll go ahead.
Standard: Ang winika ko sa kanila ay mauuna na ako.
What I said to them was that I’d be going ahead.
