How to Make Filipino-Style Pork Chops
1. Marinate a little over two pounds of pork chops in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of calamansi or lemon juice. Leave for an hour.

Blend all the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer until you get the proper thickness, which will depend on the cornstarch and water. Adjust the amount of water accordingly.
