It is an acronym that came into widespread use in the wake of the AlDub phenomenon.
GGMY stands for “God Gave Me You,” a song by Bryan White. It became the theme song of the AlDub love story on the Kalyeserye segment of the noontime television show Eat Bulaga.
When Bryan White visited the Philippines in November 2015, he was photographed sporting a jacket with the acronym GGMY on the back.
