Apnea is a condition in which a person wakes up in the middle of the night due to a feeling of being strangled or choked. Because of this, it would not only disturb one’s sleep, but would also make one drowsy and uneasy. For some people, apnea could also be a cause of daytime fatigue and some other associated conditions related. While many people would dismiss this problem as just an ordinary occurrence, in other cases this could lead to serious problems.
