It’s a combination of the stylized spelling of the two standard words ako and e.
The word ako means “I.”
Ako ay pagod.
= Pagod ako.
I’m tired.
The word “e” placed at the end of sentences connotes that a statement is an explanation.
Hindi ako makapunta. Pagod ako e.
I can’t go. It’s because I’m tired.
Inaantok ako e.
It’s cuz I’m sleepy.
Combing the two words ako and e produces the new coinage acoeh, which is being used as a proper noun. It is currently being used to refer to oneself in the third person.
Si Ana ay pagod.
Ana is tired.
C acoeh ay pagod.
Pagod c Acoeh.
“Acoeh” is tired.
= I am tired.
The word Si is placed before proper nouns. For example: Si Pedro ay pagod. (Peter is tired.)
Hindi pa nag-aaral si acoeh.
“Acoeh” hasn’t studied yet.
The standard way of saying this in ordinary conversation is:

I haven’t studied yet.
