SUBHETO

This word subheto is not a standard word in the Filipino language. The Spanish translation for the English word “subject” is sujeto.

If one were to Tagalize or Filipinize the Spanish word by transliterating it, the result should be suheto.

Due to the influence of English, many Filipinos use “subheto” as a blend of the English and Spanish words.

Note though that the Spanish for “subjectivism” is subhetivismo and therefore subhetibísmo is considered the standard Filipino translation for the term.
