EXCELLENT’S SUGGESTED RECIPE
BIHON GUISADO (“SAUTÉED RICE STICKS”)

INGREDIENTS:

454 grams of Excellent “rice sticks”
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 medium-sized onion
2 cups pork or chicken meat
6 tablespoons shelled shrimps
1 cup carrots
2 cups shredded cabbage
10 tablespoons soy sauce
5 cups soup stock
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons oyster sauce
1 clove of garlic
1 cup of sweet peas

PROCEDURE FOR MAKING BIHON GUISADO

1. Sauté garlic and onions until golden brown in a frying pan.
2. Add meat and shrimps. Season with oyster sauce, pepper, salt and soy sacue.
3. Add vegetables and soup stock. Bring to a boil.
4. Remove meat and vegetables from the mixture.
5. Cook bihon noodles in sauce for about 4 minutes.
6. Remove cooked noodles from the frying pan and arrange on a plate.
7. Place meat and vegetables on top of the noodles.
