PINALATOK

In Quezon province, pinalatok is a native term for a sweet dish that most Tagalogs would recognize as ginataang bilo-bilo (small balls of rice flour cooked in coconut milk with pieces of root crops).

Pinalatók can also refer to a rice-starch biscuit.
