This is a humorous term for the Pangasinense, the language and people of Pangasinan province.
Also sometimes spelled as Panggalatok according to strict Tagalog orthography.
The language is related to Ilocano, but is distinct from it.
Balbaleg ya salamat!
Thank you!
A few Western-influenced Filipinos who are attracted to fostering a victim mentality have tried labeling the word “Pangalatok” as derogatory, but if you have any friends who are truly from Pangasinan (not the Americans whose parents or grandparents happen to be from there), you’ll know that they are not uptight about using it or about other people using the term. Native-born, Philippine-educated Filipinos in general are not uptight and don’t go around looking for things to be offended about.
But if you are one of those American liberals who don’t want to possibly offend Western-educated wusses with low self-esteem, then it might be best stick to the more politically correct term “Pangasinense” instead.

I have observed in almost all websites that there is a translation in Pangasinense for “Welcome”, in the context of arriving visitors; but th ere is no translation for “You are welcome” as a response to “Thank you”. Help please?
When somebody says thank you, we respond “walang anuman”. In English it means “of nothing. Its like saying No worries, or dont have to say thanks
