NANGKASUY

This is a portmanteau or combination of two Tagalog words — nangka (jackfruit) and kasuy (cashew).

It’s a flavor of ice cream that is now most associated with FIC® (Fruits in Ice Cream). The flavor is also called “Jackfruit and Cashew Nuts” in English.

Ingredients: water, langka (jackfruit) preserve, milk fat, sugar, skim milk powder, corn syrup, roasted cashew nuts, food stabilizers (carrageenan, guar & vegetable gums), food emulsifier (glycerin fatty acid esters), artificial food colors
