The word madami is the non-standard variation for marami.

This is a lot.

Madaming aso dito.
There are a lot of dogs here.

As a general rule, if it’s a choice between a “d” and an “r” following ma-, one should use an “r.” It’s an “r” after vowels and a “d” after consonants.
