Janet Layug-Davis is an American fitness model of Filipino and Polish descent. She is based in Lakeland, Florida.

She started out as a waitress at Hooters and now competes as a bikini competitor and bodybuilder.

Competing has been a huge challenge in my life…but I gotta say with all that I’ve done so far…tackling obstacles, facing my own adversities, staying relentless and determined….I love a good challenge! I never settle, I stay thriving for something new, more to achieve and never to become complacent. I’ve learned so much from competing, the process of dieting and training, applying concepts from mental training and consistency to other facets of life has been meaningful. So much more beneficial to my life than just “aesthetics” . If there’s a will to do something there will always be a way to get it done. Nothing is ever out of reach or impossible.
