Coconut Milk Stew Mix for Jackfruit and Pork
Cooking Instructions (Serves 4-5):
1. Simmer 500g Green Jackfruit and 175g Pork in 1 liter of water for 45 minutes. Then strain.
2. To 500ml of water, add the jackfruit, pork and some ginger and bring to boil. Dissolve in 1 packet of Knorr Ginataang Gulay Langka o Laing.
3. Add shrimp and chilli pepper, and bring back to boil to finish cooking.
