Nakikiramay kami sa pamilya ni Dr. Florentino H. Hornedo na pumanaw noong 9 Disyembre 2015. Si Dr. Hornedo ay isang iginagalang na eskolar, kritiko, propesor, at eksperto sa wika.
We express our condolences to the family of Dr. Florentino H. Hornedo who passed away on December 9, 2015. Dr. Hornedo was a respected scholar, critic, and language expert.
Dr. Hornedo ended his days serving as the Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino commissioner on the Ivatan language. He was from Batanes, where the Ivatan people are the predominant ethno-liguistic group.
